New Challenge...

Just wanted to add a new challenge that we have just set over at

Scrapping Outbacks Blog it is a fun challenge using your own stash and you can be in the running to win this digi stamp.

Here is a cute little card that I made up using the above digi stamp - So easy to do!!!!

* Simply colour you image in photoshop, then save as a JPEG file.

* Open a word or publisher file/page.

* Drag your saved image into the opened page - resize to what ever you like - I actually made mine a little smaller than a card size and moved it to the top right hand corner, added some birthday cheer writing along the top and bottom.

* I also added another image of the same size, a smaller image and another even smaller image in the bottom half of the page.

* Print it out on a sheet of A4 bazzil.

* Cut straight across just below the writing and fold in half......there you go a really simple card.

* To add a little more pizzaz, I cut out the other 3 images and 3D layered the large one directly over the top of the card image, then added the medium sized one on the front of the card also.

* The smaller image, I glued inside the card.

* Finally add some kindly glitz and glossy crackle accent to the digi images for a little extra sparkle and there you have a really cool, yet easy card.

Hello there, I have loads to share today from our last cybercrop called "Wicked Wonderland"
All the girls set some amazing and very interesting challenges for us to do. I actually had fun creating from a set challenge - it make you think outside what you normally do.
All the challenges had heaps of other rules to adhere to - I have only added the basic theme, just to give you a little understanding.......Here are my takes on all the challenges.

1st is my challenge - Double up!

Next is Julie's challenge - based on something in Nature.

Then came Alicia's challenge - Off with you head (what the queen says is what we work with)
Joannes challenge was based on the Mad hatters Hat.These couple of layouts that follow were extras that I did up using my NEW Wonderland based chipboard products......I love how these turned out!
The title, teacup stack and Alice are all my new designs and are available HERE!
The Magic mushrooms, blue caterpillar and title are also my new designs available HERE!

Wow.......time has just flown by yet again - I have lots and lots to fill you in on.....

Starting with the fact that Scrapping outback is now on Facebook thanks to Joanne who set it up for me.......Here is the FACEBOOK LINK if you are interested in checking it out.

Next we have announced our next cybercrop......the theme this time is

"Wicked Wonderland", combining Alice in wonderland and Halloween into one very spooky event. Just click on the image for more info.....

Next - at Scrapping outback we have decided to offer a FREE online class tutorial with the purchase of an online class kit. This tutorial is complete with full instructions and step by step photos....very easy to follow!

This months gorgeous class kit is by Joanne Bain - she has done an amazing job and her class kit is an absolute bargain at just $13.95 - yes thats right $13.95.... So you better get in quick before they sell out.

We still have a couple of October class kits left too - this class has full instructions and step by step photos for 2 complete layouts and is on sale at just $22.45.

Now for some updates on a few of my recent classes.....I must say I am always amazed at how differently everyones layout turns out, especially when the ladies decide to put their own spin on things to make it their own.

I am going through a background stamping stage at the moment - so alot of my layouts have loads of stamping on them. I just can't resist all the fantastic stamps on the market at the moment.

These layouts were created for my ladies in the Friday class - we only did the first 2, but I created the 3rd one usinf the left over products from the kit.

We used the absolutely gorgeous Bo Bunny - Petal pushers collection.

Available over at Scrapping outback

"Just Grow" also using chippie designed by myself.

And this one was created using the left overs from the kit -

I love this range of papers - it is so bright and funky.......

Update time...

Well, its been a busy week - YET AGAIN.......I tell you what........things just seem to get more busy - will there ever be a break?????
BRING on the next camping break away!!!!!

Anyway, I just wanted to share today's class layouts with you as well as a couple of other things.
We only had a very small class today, but the girls got to complete 2 layouts using the very cute Crate Paper - Paper doll collection.

Over at Scrapping outback, we held the Cybercrop last Friday night with challenges running all week.......Everyone seem to enjoy themselves and so far there has been some amazing entries into each of the challenges. If you want to check them out - just go over to the Gallery .

This one is my example of Sherry's recipe challenge - this was hard to do, as in use everything that she set us to use, but I just about got there......I think I missed an extra pin???

This one, I really had fun with....it was an inspirational challenge where we had to draw inspiration from a particular picture - GO HERE to check it out.

And lastly..........introducing a friend of ours new little puppy - "Straddie".

He is just so cute and totally loves to play, you can certainly see why so many people buy puppies, they are just the cutest - BUT, they grow up........just like kids!!!!!!

Back Again....

Yes, I know.....I have been slack again.....been a bad blogger yet again. I promise to try harder to post more often.

There is quite a bit to catch up on so here we go......

On the home front -

We went to Gordon country camping for the 1st week of the school holidays -we all had a great time. It was very cold and we actually had 2 mornings of -3 which resulted in ice covering everything. The most amazing sight though!!!!

The days were beautiful and the nights were cold, but we had the biggest bonfires for 24 hours a day to keep us warm.

Once we got home, it took days to get the washing done and the van sorted out - but all done now and we are back into everyday life and catching up with work.

On the work front-

Whilst away, Scrapping outback had a huge sale which quite a few people took advantage of....so, all orders have been packed and sent out.

Lots of new stuff has also been added to Scrapping Outback so go duck on over a check it out...

This weekend we are having a Cybercrop, so why not drop in and join in some of the fun - there are challenges, games, chats and lots of prizes to be won. Just go HERE to check out more details.

Here is a recent layout I did using my new "Shine" chipboard design and the gorgeous Little yellow bicycle papers.

The name says it all - the stuff here is absolutely gorgeous - from fluffy princess skirts to the cutest headbands and bows......if you have girls - you have to check these out.

I gave a hot pink ruffle skirt, little top and headband to a friends little girl for her birthday and I must say - OMG - she looked so CUTE!!!!!!

I have since been told that she wants to wear it everywhere and will not let anyone else even try it on. I will try to get a photo for you - your heart will just melt at how cute she looks.....

This layout was just in the lastest Scrapbook creations Magazine as a project - I can now share it on my blog. I adore this layout, I love the technique of creating the metal look on chipboard - the effect is so cool!

Life just happens...

What can I say - Life does just happen......even when you are out of the loop, everything around you just keeps going on and on and suddenly you find that you have missed 2 whole months.

For those of you that know what has happened in the last 2 months (you can go to Mums blog for more info)- I thankyou all for your constant support and well wishes. I have been absolutely gob smacked at the generosity of everyone around us - you are all amazing......THANKYOU!!!!!

Now that Lyndon is home for a little while - I have has a chance to catch up a little.

Classes will be starting again on Sat 13th Feb 2010 - here is a sneak peek of one of them.

This was one of the last classes we did - way back in December

This layout is one of 2 class layouts that we completed in one of our Friday classes - using the chipbpard birdie from Scrapping Outback (I love this little Birdie).

The layout below was recently in Scrapbook Creations - but looked Aweful as it was cut off and the colours were off. So I thought I would put it here so you could see what it should look like.

I will be back soon to add some more....so until then!!!!

Little Update....

What a busy few weeks it has been....a whirlwind of events and emotions!!!
Still trying to catch up - getting there slowly, but surely!

Firstly a bit of an update on the Scrapping scene...
These are a few of my Rusty Pickle layouts that I completed for this month.
This one is using the Pirate princess collection all available over at Scrapping outback including the chipboard castle.

This one is using the Rockin America line also available at Scrapping outback.

This is using the NEW THRILLER collection....I love this line, I love the earthy deep colours and the patterns are really cool.

After, an absolutely scary experience with Lachy getting injured at dance last week, which resulted in him going to hospital in and ambulance with suspected head/neck injuries. All is good now and he is recovering well - still in pain, but, getting back to normal.

Here are a couple of photos that Lyndon took of him at the hospital - poor thing he looks so pale and the pain and headache was really bad.

Here are just a couple of other class layouts that I taught recently at my Saturday classes - it is amazing the different results that come from the same concept....everyones layouts looked fantastic...

A Couple more layouts...

I absolutely love this photo - it is not an actual pose....I took this as they were dancing - I just managed to get the right frame.
I have used Rusty pickle "Pop star" and "Candy land" for this layout....I think the colours match perfectly!!!

This one here is a recent class that I did.....It was actually a remake sample of an earlier layout, but it looks so different in earthy colours...I love the end result!

Totally about time.....

Yep....I am at it again - being a very very slack blogger!!!!

Once again, things have been extremely busy with the kids dancing, trips away and of course classes - so I will try to catch up just a little.

Firstly, we have purchased a 2nd hand pop top camper trailer - it is 30 years old, but in really good condition.....we love it and have already been camping twice in it.
I couldn't help myself.....I had to add my own flair to the interior - brighten it up and make it ours.
So here are some before and after shots. Her name is "Lizzy" and she is all colour co-ordinated now in bright blues, greens and a little brown.

I have also scrapped a couple of layouts using Bo Bunny papers of our 1st camping trip - there will be more to come very soon.

Next is this months 4 product challenge over at Scrapping outback - this one is a fun vibrant pack loaded with heaps of potential. Here is my take on this months 4 products....

Ok, the next big event that has taken place is our trip to Adelaide for the National School Aerobic and Hip Hop championships - this was an extremely whirlwind trip with not much sleep, but it was fun and the kids did so well. We are all very proud of their achievements.

There were a combination of school teams and club teams that made it through to the Nationals - our teams that travelled down were all school teams from Hilliard state school. So with alot of dedication from the coaches, teachers, kids and the parents our little school has achieved National standard - WAY TO GO KIDS!!!!!!
Here are a few pics from their dance routines......

These ones are from the themed dance "She's Cute" - we came 4th by .07.

Thes photos are from the Hip Hop team performance "System Overload" which is coached by Morgans Big sister, Tegan. What an awesome achievement to coach her first school competition team to a National level of 1ST PLACE - NATIONAL CHAMPIONS FOR 2009

The excitement on the kids faces when "System Overload" was announced as the National champions with 1st place was absolutely priceless!!!!

We still have many more competions from now until the end of the year, so things are still going to be very very busy - but I will try to keep things a little more up to date.

Hello to everyone, hope you are all enjoying the colder weather - BRRRRRR!!!!
Thought it was time for a little update - so here we go.....

The July 4 Product challenge mini kit has just been released over at Scrapping outback - why not grab yourself a kit and enter this monthly challenge......who knows you might win the next months kit for FREE.

Here is my take on July's 4 products....

Heidi Swapps NEW mega masks and Invisibles are just gorgeous - I had so much fun creating the layout below using the Mega mask - heart and Invisibles paper - borders. I really love the effect this creates!!!

For this layout, I have used the mega mask - bracket and the ink blending tool to create a soft shimmery look over Embossed bazzil.

This layout was created using the Mega mask - bracket and the Invisibles paper - borders.

I also used the ink blending tool to create the soft blended look!

A couple of Rusty Pickle layouts...

Good morning to all.....
Wow, what a busy week....then again, every week is busy!
Seems like we just run around in circles and never seem to catch up - maybe one day!!!
Anyway, just thought that I would upload a couple of Rusty Pickle layouts - the first one using the White chocolate bunnies collection and the second one using the Candyland collection.

Rusty Pickle is just about to announce who the Amazing Race runners will be for this years DT competition - I must say some of the entries where absolutely amazing - It was very difficult to narrow the list down to our top 6.

I can't wait to see who is about to run the race....it will be so cool being on the other side this time.

All I can say is Good Luck to all who entered!!!!

I will keep you posted on the progress of the race!

Well, another week has almost come to an end.....so I thought I would share a couple more layouts with you - these 2 were from last Saturdays class, just showing 2 examples of the same technique. I love the effect of this class and once again everybodies layouts looked so cool!

We are all off to another DANCE competition on Saturday.....with the boys dancing in Hip Hop and themed - 8 different dances between them, with Tegan being the coach of one of Morgans Hip Hop teams - "System Overload". Tegan is also competing in this competition in the open section....she is really excited to get back into competition again. Hopefully, I will get some photos this time to share.

Don't forget to drop in on Friday night to Scrapping outback's Highschool Formal Cybercrop, where we will announcing the winners of our chipboard Highschool comp. We have losts of other challenges and goodies up for grabs as well. It all starts at 7:00pm.

Chipboard Highschool has come to an end...

Well, it has finally finished - the chipboard Highschool over at Scrapping outback has come to an end. All the wonderful class entries can be seen in the gallery - they are absolutely amazing!!
All the finalists have been announced and are currently in the process of being voted on. Check them out here. They are all in the running for some amazing prizes - Winner will receive $100 worth of Scrapbooking products, the runner up receives $50 worth of product. There are also heaps of other prizes up for grabs as well.
All will be announced at the Class of 2009 Highschool formal Cyber crop this weekend. So why not come on over and join in some of the fun with games, challenges, prizes a few surprises and lots of laughs. All starts 7.00pm 29th May!!!

Here is another class which we did a couple of weeks ago at my place - once again all the girls completed some gorgeous layouts with many different combinations.

I love these papers from My little shoebox - they are fun, bright and very funky - all available at Scrapping outback.

Site Down....

Just a note to let you all know that the Scrapping outback site is down at the moment - we are trying to get it back.....we were told by close of business today, but it didn't happen - go figure!!!

Hopefully tomorrow all will be back!!!!

In the mean time, here is a class example that I did up for last Saturdays classes - I love the effect of the glitter as well as these Rusty Pickle papers...they are one of my favourite collections - Island Summer.

Check out this gorgeous creation that Carole Janson created for scrapping outback - I think her work is amazing...she is such a talented lady!!

This is class No 6 of the chipboard Highschool over at scrapping outback - "Creating the Metal Look"

This technique is a messy one, but the effect is pretty cool..... and up close it really does mimic the look of old rusty metal.

April Rusty Pickle layouts...

Here are this months Rusty Pickle projects. As you can see I have used the White Christmas line for my sons birthday - just goes to show that any theme of papers can be used for NON traditional themes.

With this layout, I wanted to use a girly theme, as the photo is of my eldest son who is 13 holding his baby cousin - I wanted the layout to show the softer side of him.

I love this next layout as it's bright and colourful using my very own "Popstar" and "Candyland"
Papers.

Chipboard Highschool and more....

Wow......what can I say.....the chipboard highschool over at Scrapping Outback is going really well - the girls are all doing an amazing job. We have 34 students participating in the 7 week course, so the gallery over there looks fantastic. They seem to be enjoying the classes so far and I can't wait to see what else they come up with.
Week one layouts have be voted on.....and the chosen favourites move into the finals for the major prize . If you would like to check out the chosen layouts so far - check them out here.

I have been busy getting layouts done using the gorgeous new papers from "My Little Shoebox"

This layout was so much fun to do - I really love the new Autumn Leaves title stamps....

Kaisers April sneak peek....plus more...

Also, just letting you know that unfortunately this will be my last month designing for Kaisercraft - they are calling for a new Design Team so I am being put out to pasture.....sniff...sniff!!!

On a lighter note Scrapping outback is running their 4 product challenge at the moment - this is such a cool challenge as every project is so different, even when only using 4 products. Here is this months kit.....

Thought you all might like to know that Rusty Pickle is running another Amazing Race Design Team call - Those of you that followed me on my amazing race 2 years ago would remember how tough it was....
Here is the info....

Rusty Pickle Design Team Call!
Good news! Rusty Pickle is looking to expand our elite design team! Ten finalists will be chosen to run an "amazing race" where their talent (and ability to function on minimal sleep ;)) will be put to the test. Of these ten finalists, five will be chosen to join the Rusty Pickle team.

The deadline for entry is Sunday May 31st at 12 noon Mountain Standard time. Please submit the following 3 projects for consideration: (1) 2-page 12x12 layout, an altered project and a mini album 8x8 or smaller with at least 6 pages. Projects must contain 100% Rusty Pickle product to qualify. Email all entries to: amazingrace@rustypickle.com.

Please limit one email per contestant with 1 project image of the layout, 1 project image of the altered project and one compilation image (six images) of the album (this compilation can be done using photo-editing software). The images are to be no more than 700 x 700 pixels. In the subject line put only your name.

The ten finalists will be announced Friday, June 5th at 12 noon.

As I have been a bit slack lately in regards to blogging - well actually not really slack, more like so busy with everything else that "Memoirs" had to suffer the neglect.....

Chipboard Highschool is a technique filled competition with weekly lesson's taught in detail on how to cover chipboard in various ways.We have Seven Lesson's to teach you by some wonderful scrapping artists such as Rachelle Minett,Carole Janson, Sandra Gerdes and Julie Hill.

You must be registered and have your creation in the gallery by the Due date to proceed in the competition.Competition starts Monday the 23rd of March and will run for 8 Weeks.

Registration closes Saturday the 21st March. So be quick as today is the last day to register.........Comp finishes on 17th May.

Winner's will be announced at the Cyber Graduation Party on 23th of May.

1st Prize is $100.00 worth of scrapbooking Products which will consist of products from various companies such as Kaiser,Rusty Pickle,K & Co,Basic Grey and Scenic Route.and a runner up prize. valued at $50.00 from various scrapbooking companies.

How cute is this Fantasy collection of little chipboard monsters, wizard, dragons and fairy castle - Just perfect for little boys and little girls or even just the young at heart.

Scrapping outback has just released these in the store - I can't wait to have a play with these so keep an eye out for some projects using these adorable pieces.

Classes are back...

Due to some very anxious ladies, classes are resuming this Sat 31st January 09. Here are the sneak peeks for you.

On another note, check out our little Pre Australia Day visitor....This old Koala decided to wander into our street and check out the scenery. He was sooooo placid and let us get very close to him whilst he wandered around. Talk about a true Blue Aussie (only 1 day too early for Australia day celebrations). He was just gorgeous!!!

This was so cool for the kids to see.....they loved getting so close to nature in our very own neighbourhood!

There is heaps of new stuff uploaded to Scrapping outback - The challenges have been received really well, with an amazing results. The Rusty pickle challenge was one by Kaye.

The next Rusty pickle challenge is underway - why not duck across and check out the entries so far.

This months New Kaiser papers...

I got my delivery of the new papers the other day and have managed to have a little play with them. I still have 1 to go, but I will show you these ones first.

I have had the busiest week .......not only doing the layouts for Kaiser craft, but the Scrapping outback shop is getting more and more busy....

The orders came flooding in after I announced my 2 new challenges - My monthly Rusty Pickle challenge and the new 4 product challenge (the same as seen in Creating Keepsakes). I truly can't wait to see the results of these 2 challenges - the response has been amazing!!!!!

It's almost under control...

Well, for those of you who don't know yet - My Mum and I have taken over the Scrapping outback site......it has been a long process learning how to run the site, upload new products, and just to figure out what is what????

We, with the amazing help of our Queen bee - Julie have almost got it under control!!!! Yippee...

It is an exciting process, but very scary at the same time. I, with the help and encouragement of Mum and Jules have some exciting new things coming up for 2009. This is going to be a very exciting new year for all of us!!! So please duck on over - have a little look around - sign in and become a member of our great little group, we would all love to meet you.

Now for some other scrapping stuff - A couple of new kits......I know, you are thinking what the????? - Well, because we are coming up to the school holidays - (somebody shoot me NOW!!!), and as most of you know, I don't run classes through the holidays due to the havvoc that the childerbeasts cause. So I have decided to get a few more kits organised - that way you can still get your scrapping class fix without the added plus (NOT) of my kids causing chaos whilst I am trying to teach.

Tegans 18th Birthday...

Well the day has finally arrived....my baby girl has turned 18!!!!!
What a massive milstone for her as all her friends have already turned 18 and she is one of the only ones left......
She was so excited, and just couldn't wait - (Just quietly - I could!!!!), now she is able to do everything legally.....??
I guess now the stress starts even more waiting for them to come home after their nights of clubbing. She seems to have a pretty good head on her shoulders, so hopefully she will behave, but still have loads of fun!!!
Congratulations Tegan....Happy 18th!!!!

And now for the 2nd part of the evening...

At 9.00pm a group of them got a limo down to the gold coast to go clubbing - they were all so excited and all dressed up looking glamorous - drinks in hand!!
The limo picked them up from our place - WOW - talk about decked out in luxury. Their driver was Nigel and apparently he was so nice and very cool, they had so much fun on the trip down.
All I can say is "poor Nigel' - he must be amazing to put up with all the laughter, screaming and very loud music, they were all very impressed with him.
I did have a Maxi taxi booked for them to come home at 4.30am, however they all decided to come home earlier at about 2.00am - Now heres the bit that blew me away........When I booked the taxi, I was told $160.....Yes expensive, but at least they were all coming home safely. Well when I went out at 2.30am to pay for the taxi - the driver said he was quoted $266......but he did it for $200 (how generous!!!!) $200 - It was a maxi taxi - but, talk about rip off!!!!! The limo cost $260 and they got all the luxuries with it - You have got to wonder how it's all justified. Oh well, lesson learnt, I guess!!
At least, they all had a good night, were well behaved and got home safely.....
Here are a few piccies of their fun!!!

I might add cleaning up took several hours and many garbage bags and alot of clanging of bottles, but all worth it to see their happy faces.

It's been a massive few weeks with school holidays, Dance comps and work so things got a little behind yet again.

The boys had their FISAF Nationals for Dance the 1st weekend of the Holidays - they did brilliantly. Lachy's team came 4th in Australia and Morgans team came 1st in Australia and have been invited to the WORLDS in the Bahamas in May next year.........don't know what is happening there, of course they want to go, but don't realise that it actually cost a S#%! load of money. Will keep you posted on that one!!!!

Been busy creating lots of new classes and Rusty Pickle projects - here are a few for you to have a look at.

Also, I think it might be time for a little give Away game......I will get it sorted and posted here ASAP so keep a look out!!!! Just a little bit of fun with a Prize at the end.

This is Lyndon's brother, Andy and his beautiful wife Kay's 1st baby and he is adorable. Can't wait to actually meet him and get my new baby fix!!

I just realised, its been a little while since my last post, so heres to catching up.
A big Hello to everyone!!!

Who could possible resist this gorgeous little smile from my little niece - Isabella (So cute).
Izzy B has just turned one and we are heading to Dans for her 1st birthday party and Naming Ceremony on the weekend.....can't wait to see the little munchkin again and get some more photos - Look out Izzy B, cause Aunty Kell is coming to get you!!

Ok, Melbourne went well, all the kids did so well.........We had some emtremely proud mums with alot of gold medals being won..... Congratulations to you all - you have done us all proud.

Unfortunately - "Flo Mafia" didn't medal place, however did come 4th by just .27 of a point. They did one of their best performances and were fantastic.

This photo was taken in the park near both the comp and where we were staying - very cold!!

Just got my new Kaisercraft catalogue yesterday and saw that a couple of my projects were in there - way cool!!!.......so now I can show them! Hope you like them, both are using Kaisers new Christmas lines and new BTP wood swivel Christmas tree.

I am back....

I am back from the wonderful "Outback Scrapping" weekend way out back in Hughenden which is 4-5 hours inland from Townsville. I am a little worse for wear, but starting to recover a little, just in time to go to Melbourne tomorrow for morgans Hip Hop dance Nationals.

I must say the ladies out there are wonderful, amazing and so kind........the community spirit is so inspiring!!!! This years turnout was even better than last years and the response has been so good........Can't wait for the next one!!!

I did 3 different classes over the 3 days - and the ladies seemed to love them......Well almost all of them - The ladies in the Rusty Pickle "way cool" album class were cursing me by the end. It was a little full on!!!! I promise girls I won't be so hard on you next year.

Well now that it's all over I can show you the projects....

Well, I think that might be enough to look at for now......hope you like them.

Lets get ready to Rumble...

Well, what a day/night........the boys entered into the annual "Rumble" dance competition on the weekend. We had to be there at 9.00am and we got home at 10.30pm that night - A MASSIVE DAY for all involved. The boys were stuffed to say the least, but they all did an amazing job!!!! As parents we are so proud to see our boys and girls out there strutting their stuff and dancing to there hearts content and having so much good clean FUN!!!!!!

There were 4 judges from out of state - one being "Nacho pop" a famous choreographer from So you think you can dance and "Rhiannon" also from so you think you can dance......WOW!! and I must say they LOVED the Boys, especially the little ones.

They also got up and danced for us.

They had to go through heats first - then onto the finals that night. All our teams except one made it through to the night time finals. They were so excited, as were we - however our butts were in agony, we were getting cold and extremely tired, and the kids managed to soldier on!!

Finally, the presentations - and what a shock!!!! We couldn't believe it!!!! Lachy and Joshy's team "Lil B Stylers" came 1st!!!!! up against Morgans team "Flo mafia" which came 3rd!! ("Flo mafia" always win.......) Well thats one for the books - way to go to the little guys!

Jaydons school boys troup came 3rd - they were amazing!!

Lachy and Josh came 1st in their 2 on 2 breakdance battles - just too cute!!!

Jaydon and Morgan came 2nd in their 2 on 2 break battles - they were up against the big kids in grades 10 to 12......so that was a great result.

Jaydon also entered the open popping and locking section - I was so embarrassed for him getting up their with the older guys, but he held his own and did a great job coming 4th......such a cool experience for him - TALK ABOUT CONFIDENT!!!!!

So all in all the kids were wrapped and very pleased with themselves, as were we.

WAY TO GO GUYS............YOU ALL ROCK!!!!!!

I have been in on her blog and she hasn't uploaded her cupcake images yet - SOOOOO............I thought I would do it for her!!!!

These are the very cute and very clever cupcakes that my Mum made and brought up for Saturdays classes - how lucky were we?????

I have to mention Julie too as she also spoilt us with cupcakes - not quite as elaborate, but full of homemade yumminess!!!!! Thanks Jules. Hope it's ok to tell the little tale.

Mum got here first and we were all gooing and garing over her stunning little creations, when Julie arrived.........with a Tupperware container in tow!!!!

She saw what Mum had created and very sheepishly said "well, I better not show you mine then" She then proceeded to take off the lid to reveal 15 little cupcakes...........I am so sorry Jules, BUT we all burst into laughter!!!

I really was funny to compare the two fabulous efforts, both were totally generous with their efforts and we truly appreciate you both.

Just had to share that little tale.

Hi all...

As promised here are the date changes to classes for the next couple of months. Due to so many events happening it was either miss out on allot of classes or move them around a bit.

So here we go......

Friday 1st August as normal

Saturday 2nd August (replacing sat 9th Aug - due to Rumble dance comp)

Friday 15th August has to be CANCELLED due to the Outback scrap convention.

Friday 29th August as normal

Saturday 30th August (replacing Sat 23rd Aug - due to School Aerobic Nationals in Melbourne)

Friday 12th Sept as normal

Saturday 13th Sept (replacing Sat 6th Sept)

Friday 26th Sept as normal

Saturday 27th Sept (replacing Sat 20th Sept - due to dance nationals)

Saturday 4th Oct as normal

Friday 10th Oct as normal.

Things are back to normal from here - I hope that is!!

Ok, so as I am a total gluten for punishment I am doing classes this Friday the 1st August 08.....here are the sneak peeks.

Well ladies....that is it for the moment as time to pick the childerbeasts up from school - So wish I didn't have to, the thought of 3 three boys fighting and raiding the fridge and demolishing the kitchen when they get home is not very appealing!!!!!

My Kaisercraft layouts for CHA...

Hello to all.....

I recently completed 10 layouts for Kaisercraft for them to take over to America for CHA. Big job, but all done now!!! We are allowed to upload them, so here you go.

A couple of these will become classes as requested by quite a few of my class ladies.

I have also been working on another paperline for Rusty Pickle and am waiting to hear back from them, to see if I am on the right wave length before I keep going with it....I must say, I like it, but you never know!!!

Over the last couple of days I have also been doodling my little heart out creating my next round of stamps. Once finished, I will send them off for manufacturing - I can't wait!!!
